Having to sell your parent’s home because of their death is a very traumatic experience. Five weeks after my dad died, my stepmother died during open-heart surgery. I called Christine and she came to the house and was very patient while I explained about the deaths and wanting to sell the house ASAP without "giving it away". I had not even started the will process, but could Christine be ready when I needed her? "Yes," she said. So in about twenty days (I had needed legal papers to sell the house), Christine had papers ready. I signed, and sat back fully expecting the house to be the last thing settled. Nope, along came a buyer, Christine was ready and thanks to her phone calls, faxes, overnight mail, the house was sold to mine and I’m sure the buyer’s satisfaction! Thank you for making a sad situation bearable! Christine was aware of my situation and recognized the opportunity to sell the home. She discussed, made suggestions as the occasion called for.
